Data Deletion Instructions

At Adstyr, we value your privacy and provide a simple way to manage or delete the data associated with your account. If you wish to delete your activities or data connected to the Adstyr application, follow these steps:
1. Through the Adstyr Platform
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the Adstyr platform:
- Log in to your Adstyr account
- Navigate to Settings > Account
- Click on "Delete Account"
This will permanently remove your account and all associated Meta API data from our servers.
2. Revoking Access via Facebook
You can also remove the Adstyr integration directly from your Facebook account:
- Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings
- Click on Security and Login (or Apps and Websites in some versions)
- Find Adstyr in the list
- Click Remove
This will revoke Adstyr's access to your Facebook data. Note that this does not automatically delete data already stored on our servers - please also follow the steps above or contact us directly for full data deletion.
3. Manual Deletion Request
If you are unable to access your account or prefer a manual deletion, please email us at with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."support@adstyr.com
Our team will process your request and delete all your data from our systems within 30 days.
4. What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we remove:
- Your account information (name, email, password)
- Connected Facebook/Meta ad account data
- Campaign performance history and analytics
- AI-generated insights and recommendations
- Any uploaded creative assets
- Usage logs and activity data
Note: Some data may be retained as required by law (e.g., payment records for tax purposes) but will no longer be associated with your account.
